How do I place an order?

Choose your article, select an available size and quantity, and add it to your cart. Review your bag, select Check out, and complete your contact and delivery details. Your order is placed when Shopify shows your order confirmation.

Can I order on WhatsApp?

Yes. Select Order on WhatsApp on the cart page to open a message to +91 98219 75434, then tap Send. A WhatsApp enquiry does not automatically create a Shopify order or take a payment. Our team will help confirm the article, size, quantity, availability and final total.

What payment options are available?

Cash on Delivery is available when offered at checkout. The payment methods shown at checkout are the current options for your order. For a WhatsApp order, confirm the payment arrangement with our team before proceeding.

How do I choose a size?

Check the size chart and product information on the article page. General size guides are a starting point; fit can vary between styles. Contact us before ordering if you need help choosing.

How much does shipping cost?

Available delivery destinations, shipping charges and any delivery estimates are shown at checkout after you enter your address. Review these before placing your order. Read our Shipping & Delivery guide.

How can I check my order?

Use the order-status link in your confirmation, or sign in to your account using the contact details you used at checkout. You can also contact Customer Care with your order number.

Can I change or cancel an order?

Contact us as soon as possible with your order number and the requested change. Changes depend on whether the order has already been processed or dispatched. A request is not a confirmation of cancellation.

What if my article is damaged, incorrect, or I need a return?

Our store-policy return-request window is 3 days after delivery, with clear video evidence required for assessment. Contact Customer Care with your order number and the video.
