Three-day return-request window

For returns under My-Store's store policy, contact us within 3 days after delivery and provide your order number, the article and size, and a description of why you are requesting a return.

Video evidence required

Clear video evidence of the issue is required for assessment under our store return policy. The video should show the article, the relevant issue and identifying details such as the packaging or order label where available. Still photos can be supplied as supporting evidence but do not replace the video requirement under this policy. Please send the evidence by WhatsApp or email.

How to request a return

Contact tusharikabarik@yahoo.co.in or WhatsApp +91 98219 75434 within the request window.
Provide your order number, a description of the issue and your video evidence.
Wait for the team's assessment and written return instructions before sending any article back.

A return request does not itself confirm approval. The team will explain the next steps after reviewing the evidence and the order details.

Return shipping and destination

Return arrangements, the correct destination and any applicable return-shipping charges will be confirmed in writing before you send the article. Please do not use the store's contact address as a return address without confirmation. Any charges remain subject to applicable law.

Refunds and exchanges

If a return is approved, the team will confirm the available resolution, return instructions and any refund or exchange arrangements. Refund processing information will be provided with the approval; payment-provider processing can affect when funds appear. For Cash on Delivery orders, the team will confirm the refund method securely. Never share an OTP or account password.

Order changes and cancellations

Contact us as soon as possible if you need to change or cancel an order. We will check whether processing or dispatch has already taken place and explain the available options.

Your statutory rights

This store policy, including its three-day window and video-evidence requirement, does not exclude, restrict or replace any rights or remedies available under applicable consumer-protection law. If an article is defective, incorrect or otherwise not as described, or you cannot provide a video, contact us so the issue can be assessed in accordance with applicable law.
